07-Jan-2012 - Labour unions are planning to propose labour reforms such as increase in returns on employee's provident fund on a sustained basis and bringing enterprises with more than 10 employees within the purview of the EPF organisation, to the finance ministry during the pre-budget meeting to be held later this month.
