Industry body ASSOCHAM’s survey has revealed that only 10% of India’s MBA graduates get jobs suited to their education. The skills from current training, faculty, and syllabus are not in congruence with the industry’s needs. This phenomenon is mostly prevalent in tier I & II MBA colleges. The students are trained in theory and lack on practical knowledge.
