03-Apr-2013 - According to a TimesJob survey, 60% of Indian companies value working mothers in their organization and the industry is now changing their bias towards women’s ability to balance work and family.

According to a TimesJob survey, 60% of Indian companies value working mothers in their organization and the industry is now changing their bias towards women’s ability to balance work and family. The proportion of working mothers has increased from 19% in 2003 to 35%. In extreme cases like Infosys it stands at 40%.
