Middle- and junior-level staff at stock broking firms are switching jobs at the highest rate in more than four years

Middle- and junior-level staff at stock broking firms are switching jobs at the highest rate in more than four years as stiff targets and poor payment structure make financial services less desirable. The rate of attrition among entry-level stock broking firm employees has touched 40%.
