Biased model for appraisals that looked at the length of working hours, number of leaves taken are now being discarded. Instead models in favour of amount of work done so that women can climb their career path regardless of gender restrictions like maternity leave, inflexible working hours and mobility. This mode has not only worked for women but for men as well as it enables productivity and helps balance personal and professional life. Companies who have begun to follow such models include Sodexo, Apollo, Apollo Munich etc.
