With technology playing a crucial role in most of company’s operations such as marketing, sales, branding, mobile payment, and customer/supplier relationship, analysis, growth, etc, non-IT companies are now hiring more IT professionals. This recent phenomena has also been empirically tested by MyHiring-Club.com that conducted a study across 1241 non-IT firms. They found that out of all the hiring done during the first half of 2012, 31% of the requited were IT professionals.
