More than 70% of company boards in five Asia-Pacific countries, namely, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, New Zealand and Singapore, do not have female independent directors, a study released by Korn\Ferry International, a global talent management solutions provider, on the eve of the International Women's Day said.
