Middle class jobs are either losing out because someone else can do them, they are no longer required or because they need higher skills. The market has now entered an age where job seekers need to invent jobs through innovation and use all the knowledge available for better alternatives and solutions. What matters now is not how much an individual knows but how much the individual can enterprise out of the resources and knowledge available around him.
