Amid growing concerns of pay divide between CEOs, Directors and mid-management level employees, Sachin Pilot, the Corporate Affairs Minister has said that companies need to report salaries of both the top management as well as mid-level management.
Amid growing concerns of pay divide between CEOs, Directors and mid-management level employees, Sachin Pilot, the Corporate Affairs Minister has said that companies need to report salaries of both the top management as well as mid-level management. This well help make corrective actions in reducing any pay differences and also removing wrong perceptions if any exist. Currently, according to the government norms a promoter or director cannot receive a salary more than 5% of the company’s profits.
