The Government is reviewing performance of employees in IAS, IPS and IFS who are with an experience of at least 15 years.
The Government is reviewing performance of employees in IAS, IPS and IFS who are with an experience of at least 15 years. On basis of this assessment, it could retire non-performers. The Central government has also asked the state governments to carry out similar assessments of their employees to ensure efficiency.
