A recent survey has found that hidden biases, lack of self-advocacy and lack of alignment between how women are taught culturally to behave and how their workplaces function, are the three major reasons which are hindering women’s rise to the top jobs instead of the fact that millions of highly educated women are surging into the labour markets.
