As per CareerBuilder’s Annual forecast for the year 2013, about 67% of Indian employers will hire in 2013. 13% of employers plan to downsize and the rest do not wish to make any changes in their staff. The report is on 10 countries and China follows India on hiring forecast, with 50% employees planning to hire more. Recruitment in other emerging economies like Brazil and Russia is expected to be high while European economies are slowing down.
