Recruitment and Staffing firms like TeamLease, Kelly Services, Adecco and Randstad have revealed that recruitment has taken a severe hit in the last quarter this year. IT and BFSI are the two sectors that have taken a severe take on hiring. The firms have said that although there is no hiring freeze declared by companies, but they are very cautious and slow in their approach. This trend has been attributed to the slowdown in the economy, which currently grows at 5.5%
