Many IT firms are re-using templates and codes instead of engaging a lot of people in projects. For instance, while Infosys employed 19000 to grow sales by 23% in 20011-12, in 2012-13 it increased its employees by less than 700 for a revenue growth of 19%. TCS, Wipro and HCL Tech show similar trends.
