Linkedin provide eye-opening survey results on working women - March 4, 2013

05-Mar-2013 - A Linkedin survey with around 5000 respondents across countries including India has revealed that a majority of women wish to have more flexibility in the workplace and 94% feel that they have successful careers.

A Linkedin survey with around 5000 respondents across countries including India has revealed that a majority of women wish to have more flexibility in the workplace and 94% feel that they have successful careers. A third of Indian women have faced some form of sexual harassment at workplace. 48% believe that lack of investment is a deterrent in to progress in their career, 43% believe they don’t have a role model and 36% feel that they are victims of unequal pay.
