Aspiring Minds that conducts the MBA test AMCAT has released a report whose results show the dismal picture of MBA employability that has taken a slump across all specialisations. IN Finance, HR, Marketing it is 10% while n business consulting it is 2.5%. Women are more employable in HR roles while 40% of employability comes from top 1000 colleges. Employability is analyst roles is 7.98%, sales it is 10.56%, customer service roles it is 21.72% and customer service roles it is 16.01%.
