The hiring scenario seems to have become brighter indicated in the Naukri Job Speak Index jumping to 7%, a 3% jump from November 2012.
The hiring scenario seems to have become brighter indicated in the Naukri Job Speak Index jumping to 7%, a 3% jump from November 2012. Although December has historically shown lower hiring levels, this Dec, 2012 hiring improved in many sectors except IT, oil and gas sectors. Auto Sector improved by 15% while Banking Sector by 15%. Telecom at 11%, prime at 8%, construction at 7% and insurance at 6% have shown very positive signs of improvement.
