Members in the Rajya Sabha expressed anguish over a Haryana Government notification which blocked 67 per cent state jobs for men, leaving women with only one-third of the job share in the name of reservation for women. The issue was raised by Brinda Karat (CPI-M) who said the state government has done reservation in reverse.
