Many indicators show that the Indian job market is about to improve for the coming next year. AperRandstadWorkmonitor survey 2012, 72% of the respondents feel that the current economic scenario is healthy and 83% feel that it will benefit them in 2013. 90% of the Indian employees believe that their organisation is in a stable financial condition. The Teamlease-IIJT Employment Outlook reportalso predicts that the financial year of 2013 would improve from the perspective of employment. Sectors of consumer durables, engineering , real estate, pharma, construction, bio-med and pharma seems to become the biggest hirers. The increment offered this year will be 11.2%, a drop from 12 % from last year.
