PSU banks such as SBI, IDBI, PNB are facing a shortfall of leadership skills and talent availability which puts them behind by almost 4-5 lakh worth of manpower.

PSU banks such as SBI, IDBI, PNB are facing a shortfall of leadership skills and talent availability which puts them behind by almost 4-5 lakh worth of manpower. In order to deal with this shortfall these bands have come up with talent strategies and incentives that boost and motivate performance among employees, such as training programs, paid holidays abroad, etc. The banks have roped in business schools such as IIMs and Harvard Business School to conduct workshops and training programs in this regard.
