According to a hiring outlook survey conducted by jobsite Naukri.com, only 51% of the Pharmaceutical companies will be hiring for new jobs during the second half of 2012, down from 67% companies during the first half of the year.
According to a hiring outlook survey conducted by jobsite Naukri.com, only 51% of the Pharmaceutical companies will be hiring for new jobs during the second half of 2012, down from 67% companies during the first half of the year. However replacement hiring is expected to be high enough at 60%. This slowdown in hiring is attributed to lack of talent suitable for new profiles and companies now prefer to rather wait and be vigilant about hiring.
