Companies like HireRabbit, Round One, MyParichay and Antezen have arrived at solutions, applicaions, models and networks that make hiring and job search much easier. They have identified that social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter have become a sturdy interface to build networks and database of different people and a diversity of job profiles. Accesses to these profiles are charged at a rate of INR 10000-25000/year for hiring agencies and 50000-200000/year for companies. Applications are also available to individuals on a job search who pay INR 500-800 to forward their profiles.
