07-Mar-2013 - A survey by Accenture has revealed that women in India 42% of women as against 25% of men feel that absence of growth opportunities are the causes of lower job satisfaction.

A survey by Accenture has revealed that women in India 42% of women as against 25% of men feel that absence of growth opportunities are the causes of lower job satisfaction. 46% of women as against 25% mean are not satisfied with their pay. 68% of women quit jobs due to work culture, 66% quit due to gossip and 58% quit as their work goes unacknowledged. 44% of Indian men give priority to money whereas 68% women prioritize work-life balance. There are similar gender gaps noticeable in work hours, coping with work burden, satisfaction with their position and loyalty to the employer.
