Job Profile

•    Web design and web application development with the Plone Content Management System

•    Coordinate with editing, marketing and design team to plan and develop site content, style and appearance.

•    Plan for regular updates of published content to maintain timeliness.

•    Review, spell-check, error check all web content to ensure high level of quality of the published pages.

•    Perform all day-to-day maintenance of web sites.

•    Review and maintain search engine positioning of web content.

•    Analyze and monitor web traffic data.

•    Carry out quality assurance checks on website content.

•    Report technical problems.

•    Promote project and its websites through bloging, commenting and forum posting.

•    Complete quality SEO techniques within agreed timeframe and to a high standard/specification.

•    Work with and help develop the latest SEO techniques

 

Candidate Profile

•    Proven experience in website development and content management system (CMS)

•    Working knowledge of graphic tools (Photoshop), database systems and applications development technologies (HTML, XML, javascript, etc.) will be beneficial

•    Strong understanding of web technologies and online marketing strategies

•    Image editing and web optimization

•    Good understanding of legal issues, such as copyright and data protection.

•    Basic knowledge of SEO

•    Candidate should have at least one year experience in the field of Link

      Building

•    Good knowledge of HTML and rules of Directories Submission

•    Should be able to create database of directories submission and its maintenance.

•    Knowledge of Article Submission, Press Release Submission Knowledge of various submission tools such as InformEnter and RoboForm.

•    Possess expertise in operating Microsoft Excel

•    Ability to do web research and find out the new list of web directories, article directories and press release directories

 

Personal Profile

•    Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

•    Must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts with fellow team members

•    Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision

•    Candidate may be required to perform other duties as assigned

•    Well-organised with good attention to detail and design
