As per a gender pay gap report by Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD), women on an average work 94 minutes more than men in India.

As per a gender pay gap report by Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development's (OECD), women on an average work 94 minutes more than men in India. This gap in working hours surpasses 30 other countries. The pay gap widens with level, highest at 21% in senior management, which may be indicative of a ceiling for pay in a woman’s career.
