The global move to foster innovation has found many takers and IT major IBM is no different. Its global university relations programme came to India a few years ago, but in the past 18 months, the company has taken it to a new level altogether. The program offers global, remote mentoring, where students get mentored by someone from IBM's worldwide corpus of managers.
