One of the toughest challenge faced by PSUs is to reduce attrition rates at entry and senior levels. People prefer jobs with smaller pays to live in city than in remote areas.

One of the toughest challenge faced by PSUs is to reduce attrition rates at entry and senior levels. People prefer jobs with smaller pays to live in city than in remote areas. PSUs, keeping in my mind the pay scales prescribed by the government are providing benefits such as wifi hotspots, job security for qualified spouse, extra leaves to lure employees to work in remote areas. Townships are being provided with CCD outlets, healthcare, education and other infrastructure related facilities.
