Many HR departments of companies have campaigned for gender diversity at all hierarchy in the organisation. However, this seems to have become more of an image-oriented goal than open mindedness towards offering opportunities to qualified women. Companies compromise on talent and hold back potential resumes of talented men for the sake of posing equal number of women on board and workforce.
